QUALITY CONTROL AND SANITATION SYSTEM
Our experienced and highly trained quality control team works to guarantee the quality demanded by our valuable customers. Consistent checking of all products starting with receiving to the finished product is recorded, reviewed by management and cleared for export.
INTERNAL LABORATORY
Our Internal Laboratory is able to guarantee compliance to all customer micro-biological, chemical/antibiotic, sensor and physical requirements. Samples are taken daily from receiving and at the processing line, then tested using the most up to date equipment and testing methods compliant with current International standards. We periodically verify these standards using accredited external laboratories.
PRIMA INDO TUNA
We are a direct producer and a processing plant located in Makassar, South Sulawesi Indonesia. Established in October 2000, our main products are fresh and frozen Yellowfin tuna for domestic, Asia, European Union and US markets. We also provide the best marlin, swordfish, mahi mahi, octopus, snappers and groupers.
OUR HISTORY
We have started our business with small scale of fresh yellow fin tuna to Europe and it was enthusiastically accepted by our customers. By growing demand and years in seafood business, we gained portions also in frozen tuna products in EU and managed to broad our market to United States, and countries within Asia territories. During these progressive years of increasing our quality with tuna, we began to enhance our seafood product on red snapper and octopus. From a small scale business, we are eager to expand our market with premium seafood and best price for customer satisfaction.
